Payment & Payment Plans
We accept all major forms of payment, PayPal payments, and money orders. Illinois, Wisconsin, & Texas residents must pay sales tax.
If you purchase a product with a payment plan, your item must be paid in full before it can be shipped. All payment plans include an additional non-refundable service fee for processing multiple payments, so the total of your purchase on a payment plan will be higher than the item paid in full.
Shipping is based on shipping address and package weight. We do our best to accurately represent the weight of items for shipping purposes. Most items ship via USPS with Tracking, except Sizzix Machines which ship UPS.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We really want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the fact that many of our products are made or cut to order, we only accept limited returns and exchanges. Above all, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will do everything we can (within reason) to make it right.
If something has been damaged in transit, we will repair or replace the item. We may ask you to submit documentation of the damage or return the item at our expense.
All shipments are shipped with tracking numbers with proof of delivery; therefore, we do not take responsibility for misdirected, lost, or stolen merchandise. If you wish to add shipping insurance or request signature delivery, please note this on your order during checkout. Proof of delivery provided on request.
If you wish to return a physical item, please contact us with your order number. Items may not be returned without prior approval; some items may incur a 25% restocking fee.
If you pre-ordered an item and wish to cancel it prior to shipment, and you request the refund within 60 days of payment, you will be refunded the full amount less $.30 for payment processing. Refunds processed after 60 days will be handled as a store credit minus the full payment processing fee of your original transaction (approximately 3.5% + $.30).
Digital products and classes may not be refunded, since they are delivered electronically. In the event that you make a mistake and duplicate your digital product order, we will process refunds within 48 hours of notification. Your refund will be handled in the same way as pre-orders.
If you purchased an item via a payment plan, and later cancel your plan before the item is paid in full, you will be refunded the amount you have paid less the total service fee due on the order (regardless of how many payments have been made) plus the payment processing fees of the original transactions ((approximately 3.5% + $.30 per payment).
